An additional grant for social grant recipients who require full-time care due to disability or illness.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for Grant-in-Aid, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Already receiving a social grant (except Foster Child Grant)

Medical report confirming need for full-time care
3
South African citizen, permanent resident, or refugee

After Submission
Once your application is submitted, here's what happens next:

- 3 If approved, payments will begin on the next payment cycle
- 4 If declined, you will receive a reason and can appeal within 90 days
